MTSCO Concludes First AI Innovation Competition for Workflow Optimization

On September 1st, the first AI Innovation Competition, jointly organized by Feishu and MT Holdings, held its final round. Eight teams advanced to the final presentation, with participants from various positions including business, marketing, human resources, and documentation.

As MT Holdings' industrial services brand, MTSCO also participated in this AI innovation practice. During the competition, employees explored the possibilities of AI in process optimization, knowledge application, content creation, and information organization, starting from their daily work scenarios.

From document and data processing to technical document verification, new employee training design, industry information organization, and content experience accumulation, each direction stemmed from actual work needs. Participating teams gradually integrated AI into their existing workflows by breaking down problems, designing solutions, and testing and optimizing.

After preliminary preparation and multiple iterations, all finalist entries were presented live. Some solutions have already completed actual testing and are continuously being optimized based on user feedback. During the live presentations, judges and audiences provided positive feedback on the completeness and application value of the works.

This competition invited professional judges and special guests from the fields of enterprise digitalization, AI applications, industrial internet, and technology products to participate in the evaluation. They provided professional advice on data accuracy, application value, system security, and practical use cases, helping teams further refine their solutions.

After on-site demonstrations and evaluations, the competition ultimately produced several awards. In addition to first, second, and third prizes, there were also awards for Best Business Value, MVP, and Best Newcomer, among others. These awards reflect the active participation of employees in different roles in exploring AI applications.

This competition showed us that AI is gradually becoming a new tool for employees to optimize their work methods.
