Alloy C22 (UNS N06022) is a high-performance nickel-based alloy, mainly composed of nickel, chromium, molybdenum and iron, which meets the ASTM B622 seamless pipe standard. Its outstanding feature is its excellent corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing and reducing media environments, and can effectively resist corrosion from chlorides, wet chlorine, organic acids, oxidized salts, ferric chloride and seawater. C22 pipes have good resistance to localized corrosion, such as pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, and are widely used in complex working conditions requiring high corrosion resistance.

The seamless pipe can work for a long time at temperatures up to 600°C, has excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength, and is suitable for welding and deep cold processing. Due to its good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, Alloy C22 seamless pipes are often used in key parts such as chemical processing equipment, pharmaceutical reactors, waste gas desulfurization systems, marine engineering, nuclear industry and electroplating systems.

Stringent warranty and PMI checks are conducted on our raw materials, procured from esteemed steel mills like Baosteel and Tsingshan, ensuring their superior quality. Compliance with material specifications is guaranteed through rigorous PMI checks and other meticulous inspections.

Supervised Production Process of 316L Heat Exchanger Tube
Every phase of our 316 heat excahnger tube manufacturing process, including cold rolling, cold drawing, annealing, pickling, and surface treatment, undergoes meticulous oversight. Skilled engineers, equipped with advanced tools, supervise each step, capturing detailed records through photography. Process cards ensure precision and traceability throughout production.
Quality Assurance Prior to Shipment of 316L Heat Exchanger Tube
Our dedicated QC team conducts comprehensive inspections covering appearance, PMI, size, quantity, and more. Mechanical, hardness, ultrasonic, eddy current, and hydraulic tests are performed. Additionally, we invite third-party evaluations (SGS, TUV, BV) and guarantee secure packaging and container reinforcement to maintain product integrity during transportation.
