ASTM B725/B730 Alloy 200/UNS N02200 Welded Coiled Tubing Oilfield Service
The ASTM B730 standard covers nickel alloy welded and annealed coils, of which Alloy 200 (UNS N02200) is a commercially pure nickel material with excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. Alloy 200 has a nickel content of up to 99.6% and exhibits extremely high chemical stability in neutral and alkaline environments, making it particularly suitable for caustic, food processing and chemical process environments. The material has good ductility, weldability and heat resistance, and is suitable for use at low to medium temperatures. -
ASTM A249 Nickel Alloy 400/UNS N04400 Coiled Tubing high strength
One of the significant advantages of coiled tubing over straight tubing is that it can be handled in extra-long lengths, largely due to its shape allowing for long stretches on export without the constraints of traditional container length limitations. This extra length can be extended theoretically indefinitely, as far as welding conditions allow, thus meeting the requirement for extra-long seamless connections for specific engineering needs. -
Alloy 625/UNS N06625 Nickel Alloy Welded Tube With EFW
Alloy 625 tubing is suitable for use in the oil and gas industry, chemical processing equipment, and marine applications, especially those requiring high temperature, corrosion resistance, and high strength.
