Last week, MTSCO officially kicked off its 2026 Spring Performance Challenge. As an important annual tradition for the company, this two-month competition is not only a contest of business prowess but also a key opportunity to comprehensively enhance our customer service efficiency. To prepare for this challenge, themed “Great Battle, Great Victory, Great Fortune,” the entire MTSCO team traveled to the Qutaoyuan Campground to hold a results-oriented kickoff team-building event.

In relay races filled with rustic charm—such as shucking corn and carrying rice on shoulder poles—each team fought fiercely for the honor of their group, filling the air with cheers and encouragement. This was not merely a contest of physical strength and speed; it also allowed everyone to release work-related stress in a relaxed, natural setting, showcasing the MTSCO team’s spirit of mutual support, collaboration, and boundless energy.

Bei der kostenlosen Aktivitätseinheit am Nachmittag gingen alle an ihre Grenzen und kamen ins Schwitzen. Ob es die intensive Konzentration auf dem Bogenschießplatz war, die Teamarbeit, die beim Kajakfahren auf dem schimmernden See erforderlich war, oder der mutige Dschungel-Hindernisparcours in großer Höhe – jede Aktivität zeigte die Bereitschaft des Teams, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen. Abgesehen von der Ernsthaftigkeit des Arbeitsplatzes konnten die Teammitglieder durch diese unterhaltsamen und herausfordernden Aktivitäten den jugendlichen Tatendrang und den unnachgiebigen Geist eines jungen Teams voll und ganz unter Beweis stellen.
