MTSCO 2026 春のコンテストおよびチーム-構築イベント

Last week,  officially kicked off its 2026 Spring Performance Challenge. As an important annual tradition for the company, this two-month competition is not only a contest of business prowess but also a key opportunity to comprehensively enhance our customer service efficiency. To prepare for this challenge, themed “Great Battle, Great Victory, Great Fortune,” the entire  team traveled to the Qutaoyuan Campground to hold a results-oriented kickoff team-building event.

農場-テーマに沿ったスポーツデーがチームスピリットに火をつける

The morning’s “Farm-Themed Sports Day” quickly brought everyone closer together. In relay races filled with rustic charm—such as shucking corn and carrying rice on shoulder poles—each team fought fiercely for the honor of their group, filling the air with cheers and encouragement. This was not merely a contest of physical strength and speed; it also allowed everyone to release work-related stress in a relaxed, natural setting, showcasing the  team’s spirit of mutual support, collaboration, and boundless energy.

自分自身に挑戦し、若々しいエネルギーを解き放つ

午後の自由活動では、全員が自分の限界に挑戦し、汗を流しました。アーチェリー場での集中力、きらめく湖でのカヤックに必要なチームワーク、勇気を試す高地ジャングルの障害物コースなど、すべてのアクティビティがチームの新たな挑戦への意欲を表していました。現場の真剣さはひとまず横に置き、メンバーたちは楽しくやりがいのある活動を通じて、若いチームの若々しい行動力と不屈の精神を存分に発揮しました。

The evening’s outdoor barbecue and bonfire party brought the team’s cohesion to a fever pitch. This blazing fire not only ignited our passion for achieving our performance goals but also strengthened our resolve to create long-term value for our global industrial metals clients. Over the next two months, the  team will fully uphold our “SAFE” service commitment, leveraging our professional expertise to meet the expectations of our global clients.
